Great Lakes Lavender (GLL) is proud to have you as a customer and visitor to our website and farm. Listed below are the policies we have put in place to keep our customers satisfied and returning year after year.

Privacy & Security
GLL respects the privacy of all its customers and will not share or sell any personal information with external sources. All payment processing is conducted securely by a seperate trusted payment provider (ie PayPal) so GLL will never see or store your personal payment information.

Shipping
After placing your order your package will ship within 5-10 business days. Typically orders may ship much sooner. You may request a Rush shipment for a small additional fee upon check-out. In the unlikely event that your order may not be shipped within the promised shipping period we will contact you for alternate arrangements. Customers that pay with eCheck may have a delayed ship date due to the time require for your eCheck to clear.

Order Pick Up
Out of season pick up location is not the same as the address of the farm. We will contact you with an alternative address.

Returns
GLL stands behind its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund the price of your purchase (excluding shipping) to a limit of $250 after the return of the product. It is the customers responsibility to return all refunded product at their own expense before a refund will be given. Refunds will not be given for individual or group admission fees.

As a result of using our website you further acknowledge and agree that Great Lakes Lavender will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through our website.
